I have been going to this salon for over a year and the standards have definitely dropped since gabbi left. Won’t be going again. Did not have the therapist that I booked for and was told it was a system glitch. The room and towels was not very clean. The curtain was partially open in the treatment room. The door swang open whilst I was undressing. I was left with quite a lot of wax in my intimate area which took me about 10 minutes to remove and bits of wax left on my jumper. Terrible service.
