I suffered a severe allergic reaction to the wax here - not just mild irritation but a painful red, raised rash which spread all over my body. This required multiple pharmacy visits and a doctor’s appointment. I sent photos to the salon to show the reaction, but despite this I was refused a refund. I only received one after escalating through Treatwell, not from the salon themselves. Only much later did I receive a call asking about how I was, which felt disappointing and too late.

Dami was great, excellent deep tissue massage. However, you can hear the salon in the room during the massage but isn’t a huge problem.

Hema was great, she make me feel very comfortable. I have very sensitive skin and low pain tolerance however her touch is very light. I did not feel any pain at all. Great experience overall.
