I paid for an organic nanoplastia treatment wherein I should be able to style my hair immediately & set to do whatever immediately after treatment. They gave me a biofrizz treatment, a form of keratin treatment. Not nanoplastia. I was price gouged for treatment not recieved. Selling or performing a keratin treatment while representing it as nanoplastia constitutes misrepresentation of service & prohibited under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have reported them. Terrible.
