Level 3 qualified and part of the Rush&Ry London family for over 5 years, Sim is a true all-rounder: precision cuts, colour and beautiful blow-dries, glowing facials and a full range of beauty treatments. Sim is also trained in skin rejuvenation and dermal filler treatments, and loves giving every client that "wow" feeling when they look in the mirror. Expect a relaxed consultation, honest advice and a finish you'll love.

Lead specialist Chaitali heads a team of skilled professionals dedicated to providing a high-end salon experience. Known for her expert technical ability and warm, welcoming manner, Chaitali ensures that every service, whether it’s a transformative hair colour or a rejuvenating beauty treatment, is tailored to the individual needs and style of the client.

Booking policy – please read before booking:
- Cancellations: please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
- Rescheduling: moving your appointment to the next day or any other day carries a £15 rescheduling charge.
- Late arrival: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a late charge from £10 applies and your treatment may need to be shortened or rebooked.
- Patch tests: colour, tint, lash and chemical treatments need a free patch test at least 48 hours before. Returning clients who choose not to have one must sign our patch test waiver.
