I was greeted in the lobby and waited for about 20 minutes, which is totally fine considering the hairdressers are still practising, and it might take them a bit longer than usual. Craig was super welcoming and ended up cutting my hair himself, as everyone else was busy, while also overseeing others at the same time. What a guy! A real professional who clearly cares about his customers and his pupils. Will definitely come back :)

It took just over 2.5 hours for a cut and blow dry. Although she was new, I was very happy with Craig overlooking her training and my cut. She struggled with the blow dry and Craig did an amazing job; very happy customer!
