This is a training academy, and it's important to remember that. However, I have always been very happy with the outcome of my haircut. The trainer keeps a close eye on the stylists, from beginning to end, A full consultation is given before washing and there is a friendly atmosphere. Definitely would recommend 👌

Know it'll take longer than an hour and you'll be grand. They're incredibly nice and helpful but as you'd expect with someone still learning, it'll take longer than an hour, regardless of what the booking says. I'd definitely go be back at some point
