I have used this academy 3 times now, and each time it has been good for different reasons. If anything, a little misunderstanding with the booking in there treatwell app, having booked for half head highlights and cut, when on the salon this had changed. Was a little more rushed on this occasion compared to others, and I overheard that the stylist may not have done a weave as expected, however I was still happy with my highlights.

Arrived and was seated promptly by Kayleigh, my hairdresser for the day, who was being supervised by Craig. I've been to Rush Academy a few times, but this is the first time I've experienced the new 'pick your own time' format, which is a vast improvement, with much less waiting around. Haircut was excellent, taking about two hours which is about standard for my hair. I had an idea what I wanted, so didn't seek any advice etc, but I am sure they would have offered some if asked. Amazing value!
