very nice teachers and students, Craig cut my hair because it was a color focused day instead of cut, took a long time but expected and pre-established when you book because it is the school.

Tina balayage my hair, I waited over an hour before they started on my hair, there was a quick consultation. Parts of the balayage was good but there were chucks of obvious highlights not blended in. I was left for the bleach to work while everyone had lunch. I had to remind Tina about my hair as the timer had gone off. Hair was blow dried, no mentioning at the end of how to care for the hair. I was there at 10am and left 2.30pm.
