I had a cut and half head of highlights over 2 days. The techers were really great - supportive and direct with their feedback, meaning I came away with a hair that I love. Even though I wasn't clear in what I wanted, Tina talked me through it and I love the colour. I would go back every time. Really, really hsapy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had a very good quality balayage, especially considering it was a student in training! Unfortunately my stylist was about half an hour late which made me worry that the quality would be compromised but I could tell the student and teacher were making sure that that wasn’t the case. I would have liked a little more reassurance that someone was coming from the teacher when I was sat in the chair waiting for my student to arrive, but all in all i was very happy with the result.
