Great experience! I am now a fan of this place, love to be able to help young stylist to improve their technic and training. Ambience is great and everyone is very professional and friendly. Had a great hair cut, just what I wanted. I will be back!

I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait nearly 40 minutes to be seen. The appointment, which was supposed to last one hour, ended up taking two hours. They also canceled my sister’s appointment, which was scheduled before mine, showing VERY poor time management. Although the haircut was beautiful and different from the picture I showed, the student who cut my hair was extremely aggressive. She hurt me, caught my hair in the dryer, pulling out chunks.
