I didn’t like the experience or the colour. It felt uncomfortable with the teachers being so open with the student’s/ one said openly to another client that they had done a bad job. My hair is so striped- I am going to have to re-dye I wanted it lighter and they did blond balayage and then dark roots!? It’s just horrible and the colour seems to develop more when I lefts. Sorry but I had a bad experience and will not be returning
