Very few words spoken. I went in - they told me to show the inside of my arm and plopped some dye and bleach on it and a bandaid to keep it on. The location of the patch test was unusual and left a mark for several days in a very visible place. The communication and experience was not friendly. In the end, at my hair appt they recommended I don’t bleach and only lift the colour so the trek and the patch test on my inner wrist was unnecessary. Also concerned with bleach entering bloodstream.

Leila and Gary both were superb. Leila has a hold on precision and Gary sees through the details. Both of them were polite, patient, and cooperative. Would definitely recommend it.
