I had the nanokeratin treatment on my lightened and coloured hair. I also had a trim. I'm very happy with both and the service provided.
My hair was in quite good condition (apart from the ends) but very frizzy and the nanokeratin has made it much smoother and encouraged the waves out of it rather than the frizz I had before. It looks and feels much healthier and thicker, too. I've only air dried my hair so far and that was obviously dead easy, styling it will also be a breeze.
