I was kept waiting with no apologies. It was only 15 mins but my patience had already been exhausted that day and I was anxious about visiting a new salon so things started a little tensely. However by the end we were laughing like friends and I was really happy with the attention and treatment provided. The only constructive feedback I would give is to keep staff disputes/who is marking what juniors work away from customers and behind closed doors x
