I had my hair cut by Emma back in 2019 and remember then how impressed I was by her ability to understand what I wanted without me saying much.
So when it was time to sort the lockdown mess, I was very much looking forward to getting back to Rupert Hayes and Emma.
After a consultation, I was reminded of Emma’s natural ability to guide the plan with confidence and conviction without much from me!
In total I spent 3.5 hours in the chair, but it seemed to go in the blink of an eye. HAPPY!
