I tried to save money by cutting my own hair at home and - unsurprisingly - it went very wrong. Emma was so lovely and not only put me at ease and managed to make me feel like less of an idiot but also saved my hair with a beautiful haircut. I was honestly in tears that morning looking in the mirror after my home style mishap - but I left the salon feeling super happy. All
