Booked for a perm consultation, obviously knowing I am not going to be there for long as they will just do a strand test and talk about what options there are - I had my 1 year old with me and the first thing out of an older ladies mouth was “you do know we can’t care for your child” which I found extremely rude. Overall wasn’t the best experience the atmosphere is a bit off in there and had to ring multiple times to see what the results of my strand test was.
