Before getting my perm, I called the salon 3 times, whereby Sally was very helpful, answering any questions I had; they were probably daft questions but I was never made to feel this way, putting me at ease! Auriana was the same; whilst getting my perm, she explained every single process clearly and concisely, so I knew exactly what to expect! On top of that, the vibes in the salon were great and everyone who worked there was extremely chatty and hospitable- I felt so comfortable and relaxed!
