I was unable to go ahead with the appointment due to the feedback from my strand test however really appreciated the thorough consultation
The salon area was very small & outdated decor not the best environment to relax & get your hair done. I did appreciate that the salon staff were friendly however I would of probably declined & gone to a different salon due to the small space.
