I couldn’t tell at the salon yesterday but when I got home I noticed that she has given me some sort of steps or layers that I never asked for. This is extremely disappointing! She’s ruined my hairstyle. I always wanted all my hair to be the same length. The only thing we discussed was the hair at the front being a bit longer which would make it a U shape, the way bobs are longer in the front. That does not mean that you can add in layers without ever asking the client!!
