First time I'd had my hair cut in probably over a year due to being quite nervous about finding a new hairdresser since leaving home. Rupert was very welcoming, explained his thought process and took it a bit at a time so I could make sure I was happy with the new length. He explained in-depth how I should care for it at home and demonstrated practically. I felt good for having gone there, and it was a really high-class service.
