Manicure was gorgeous! Most places I find their colours are too bright for me, but Runaya has plenty of flattering options.
Eyebrow shaping was quick and painless. My brows were left thinner than I'd like them to be, but in fairness I should have asked for them to be more natural.
Very friendly staff, they were kind despite my arriving late :)

I have had the same treatment with the owner since she was in a smaller place nearby. Unfortunately, now that new employees are in, the quality of service has gone down so I will have to find another place if there is no other staff member(s) available next time I go. Nothing wrong with the person, just an obvious lack of experience, and not great customer service skills. Not nice to have to write this comment as I was very happy with the place before. Hopefully, it will help improve it.
