It was good. It just feels like the team are more a bunch of girlfriends hanging out than focusing on the customers. However, it was empty when I went in. They’re probably different when it’s busy.

The overall experience was brilliant. There were some issues with cuticle removal but otherwise the experience was great and the finished product looks awesome. I will be returning.
