Was very rushed, when I looked later I still had hair on my legs. Was blamed that I was too hot and sweaty that’s why it wasn’t working however the room was boiling and the fan was not being used. No customer service at all, the beautician was rude, was not greeted and made to feel welcome, felt like I was an inconvenience as it was 45 mins before closing time. Not a good experience and will not be returning or recommending.

Runaya does not open until 9.30am, so for 9.30am wax sessions the staff are unable to perform waxes until the wax has warmed up. This meant that I had to wait 20 minutes for the wax to be hot enough to use. The staff were very kind and apologetic and tried everything they could to heat the wax up faster, and the wax itself was amazing and very quick once the wax was ready. Thus I would flag for any 9.30am bookings for waxes, please expect to be kept waiting for 20 mins+
