I was told I need to wax more of my body than what I paid for - I didn't ask for that kind of advice. My upper lip was scarred and in noticeable pain for 2 days because the wax was ripped off too harshly.

I have been going to Runaya for years now and it really is the best place in Oxford for all your beauty needs! The staff are always so welcoming and lovely, and the professionalism is unmatched which I appreciate. Definitely recommend!
