The stylists English wasn't great and they didn't ask me what I wanted before washing my hair, so couldn't see my hair type or what I had previously. Washed it straight away without asking what I wanted first. Very odd. Asked what I wanted afterwards but made it very thin and super layered. I think due to a misunderstanding in language. It wasn't a bad cut but was a bit taken aback by not getting a consultation before washing the hair.
