It was my first time getting a bikini wax so I was a little nervous but Sheetal was so kind and reassuring. She explained the procedure to me and then was so friendly and chatted away with me that I barely noticed she was doing the waxing - it didn't hurt at all! I really recommend her and I will definitely be returning
