Rita was super duper lovely , have to say though that when I first came in the greeting was pretty unpleasant , eye rolls and few words so I have to say it wasn’t the most welcoming experience. The wax itself was brilliant , smooth and fast - just could improve customer service.

The manicure was good and I liked their range of colours. I had to wait for a while but they couldn’t help that, and I was a last-minute appointment anyway so I’m glad they managed to fit me in. Also useful to have the appointment slots so that I could go after work!
