Runaya is lovely and very welcoming, great experience for first timers as she explains everything and the process. She puts you at ease regardless if you have waxed before or not. The establishment isn’t as clean as I would hope, it’s more of an office environment but I understand as rental prices are very high I just wish it was kept cleaner. The wax is self was pretty much painless, more painful around the labia. The only thing is that not all hairs were removed as I did trim too close beforehand, hopefully the next time more hairs will be removed.
