Sheetal is very welcoming, friendly, chatty and quick. The waxing is always done as requested which I have been surprised to find isn't the case in other places in Oxford.
I have been to a few beauty therapists in Oxford and for wax treatments, I will be staying with Runaya Beauty!
My only slight gripe is Sheetal doesn't always apply pressure after removing the wax which stings a little when it doesn't need to. But the type of wax is less painful than others I've had and it's very speedy.

Overall staff were lovely and was a clean place however the lash lift I received was not great it barely made a difference to my eyelashes. I have had lash lifts in the past and they have been amazing however I would definitely not recommend this treatment from this place as it barely made a difference.
