I scheduled a manicure, pedicure, and haircut and blowdry the day of a special event. During the gel manicure, the drill cut me several times and drew blood. In the days afterward, my fingertips are sore and bloody, and clearly infected.
For the hair cut, the stylist did not know my hair type and kept using a brush that snarled and tangled my hair. At one point, the brush got stuck and she very harshly and painfully pulled at my hair to release it.

The therapist cut my cuticles to the point where 3 fingers were bleeding (I still have scabs that haven’t healed yet) and the other fingers are all sore too. They never even apologised. I wish I had read reviews about this place before going there because this similar thing had happened to other clients according to google reviews.
