Very disappointed with manicure. Having just removed the polish, I realise how totally uneven the filing was/is, no better than I achieve myself. My main issue was that they informed me that “due to Covid” there was a charge of £2 for the emery board and nail buffer, which I could then “take home with me and bring back to the next appointment “. This is something that is normal procedure (pre-Covid and without additional charge) in most salons. What’s more, it turned out to be £2 per item!
