Runaya has an amazing central location within Oxford and the ladies that work there are really lovely as well as being super experienced and professional. I’ve had a couple of lash lifts here and they’ve never disappointed!

The best lash lift I have ever had! Jiya was so friendly and accommodating and explained each step of the treatment which I have not had at previous salons and made sure I was comfortable throughout. It was my first visit to this salon but I will definitely be back!

The venue, location and atmosphere was nice - I had high hopes for this place. But I was very disappointed by the quality of the eyebrow threading. I asked for my eyebrows to be shaped but not thinned, but the exact opposite was done: my eyebrows are thinner but not tidy and they're uneven. One of my eyebrows has a strange dent which I now need to colour in until the hairs grow back. The next client was waiting and the person doing my eyebrows rushed off... It felt like she wasn't done yet.
