It was my first ever waxing in my life and I was very nervous but she made me feel comfortable and did it very quickly! It was much less painful than I’d thought. Highly recommend tho place!

Don't believe the positive reviews. The room was grotty and looked dirty, not relaxing at all. There was stray wax (presumably leftover from a previous appointment) on the cover of the lounger i had to sit on, which then got on my clothes/hands. I specifically asked the beautician to make sure there was no wax leftover but she left some anyway. I was left sticky and uncomfortable as it wasn't removed properly. The beautician was short with me, and quite defensive when I requested or asked things
