By far the best beauty salon in Oxford, always a pleasant, efficient and professional experience. I’ve been going here for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else, the whole team are all super friendly and know what they’re doing and it really is just the best experience.

This would have been 5 * as the therapists were amazing however if I hadn’t prepaid I would have walked away. When I arrived I was shouted at and told to stay outside and the door needed to stay locked because of two very large dogs inside (I wrongly assumed the lady that did this was the owner). When I did come in the customer was very rude and also in order to give the dogs water blocked me being able to go to the treatment room I was disappointed that the salon allowed someone to be rude
