I have had the same treatment with the owner since she was in a smaller place nearby. Unfortunately, now that new employees are in, the quality of service has gone down so I will have to find another place if there is no other staff member(s) available next time I go. Nothing wrong with the person, just an obvious lack of experience, and not great customer service skills. Not nice to have to write this comment as I was very happy with the place before. Hopefully, it will help improve it.
