My nails had fabric sticking to them only a half hour later. Was a gel manicure and clearly never set properly. Cuticles we’re cut so short they bled. Overall not very happy with the experience. I rarely treat myself to a manicure and was disappointed.

massage bed was dirty - had hairs on it - had not been prepared room was cold the light tripped half way through so then no music and only harsh overhead light therapist did not seem aware of how to do treatment no massage oils
