They do a really good job but the staff have become quite unfriendly. Have kept going back but this is really offputting as you don’t feel welcome. It wasn’t always like that so don’t know what’s changed but it doesn’t feel nice as a customer when you feel they’re annoyed by you showing up.

Inder was lovely and very accommodating. I had called to say I would be 10 minutes late- no issues . When I booked I wasn’t able to book another wax, but while I was there I mentioned this and she very kindly did it for me in addition.
However some things concerned me. My skin wasn’t prepped at all and I wasn’t given a wipe like most places. But the worst thing was that I did see her double dip unfortunately, more than once. I was doing an intimate wax so this was a huge worry!

By far the best beauty salon in Oxford, always a pleasant, efficient and professional experience. I’ve been going here for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else, the whole team are all super friendly and know what they’re doing and it really is just the best experience.
