Only two of the five products used were patch tested. The ones that were patch tested were mixed in a qtip this was applied behind my ear in the main area of the shop. Quite unprofessional.

My eyes were pulled at (not just pulling the lashes onto the bar) by 2 people trying to fit the bar.
Lower lashes not taped down just pulled off the bar
My face was also lent on.
I was blamed for it taking longer and stinging my eyes. (I have had no issues in The past)
My eyelashes were overpermed and constantly rub my eyelids causing redness and irritation.
To scared to go back to it fixed as I never want my eyes to pulled and stung.

Out of my 30' Head/Neck/Shoulder massage, this lady who seemed to have little knowledge, spent 20' just on the head; even when I specifically requested her to focus on the pain on my neck. She interrupted the session to serve other customers and the chair were she placed me was uncomfortable not allowing her to access my neck and shoulders correctly. The music was disturbing (Indian style) and every 30 sec she suffered from an unfortunate noisy tic that was far from relaxing. I do not recommend.
