it wont let me delete my other review when i tried. as soon as i expressed my feelings about my haircut, rugia contactes me and said she would sort it out. i think thats very considerate given i wasnt too happy &its made me feel alot better about it.

was really excited the first time i went here.but when i got my home i realised they put a product in my hair that makes it look flat and greasy. my fringe is not evenly cut at the front. really disappointed ive told them im not happy but no response

I have been getting my hair done at Rugia's for more than 5 years, true professionals!, the salon always has a great and friendly atmosphere, everyone truely makes me feel comfortable throughout, I always leave with my hair done each time exactly how I describe it and always looking perfect. Simply the best!
