I went for interlocking the locks were not locked properly and split.
I returned to the salon to offer feedback of my first appointment there was no offer to fix the issue on the day or offer a refund.
Will not go to this salon again
I have been using Rugia for 11 years. The best hairdresser! Always friendly helpful and positive. Great vibe in the shop. She will always accommodate. Xx
What an amazing salon. The staff is so lovely and so genuine. Aunty Haleema is so skilled at what she does. Special shout out to Rugia who keeps the salon on trend with the latest designs and wigs. Customer satisfaction is so important to her and you really feel taken care of from the minute you step in . Love this place
it wont let me delete my other review when i tried. as soon as i expressed my feelings about my haircut, rugia contactes me and said she would sort it out. i think thats very considerate given i wasnt too happy &its made me feel alot better about it.

was really excited the first time i went here.but when i got my home i realised they put a product in my hair that makes it look flat and greasy. my fringe is not evenly cut at the front. really disappointed ive told them im not happy but no response
