I had my waxing done by Ruby, and she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her space was clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and she took the time to explain each step so I knew exactly what to expect.
Ruby’s technique is gentle but thorough — she works quickly without rushing, and the results were flawless! My skin felt smooth and cared for, with no irritation afterward. You can tell she really cares about her clients.

Ruby's studio is a calm, cozy space with plenty of parking. She shows exceptional attention to detail and patience, leaving us very satisfied after each visit. I've had Gel and Biab nails done with various designs, always discussed beforehand. Although she doesn't advertise children's services, Ruby has done a lovely nail polish manicure for my 7-year-old daughter, making her feel special during our visits.

Ruby Mai's premises would not be very easy to find unless you knew the area, as I did, and a local sign would help. On arrival there was plenty of free parking space, Ruby Mai was very friendly and the premises were well provided for, warm and comfortable. She was very attentive and professional and I certainly intend to visit her again.
