I was a little late for my appointment but Tilly was so welcoming and all my stress quickly disappeared. Tilly was very friendly - there was easy conversation and she was professional and very gentle. This was my first visit but I would definitely go again and have no hesitation in recommending Ruby’s and particularly Tilly.

The technician Scarlet was absolutely wonderful. She’s a lovely girl knows exactly what she’s doing. Pays a lot of attention to detail. Everywhere is clean and tidy and warm very friendly and very inviting. Would always go back. No problem whatsoever in fact I’m booked for next month.

Have been going to Tilly for a while now and she is just the best at what she does. I have tried lots of different places over the years but Tilly exceeds them all. I do not even feel her putting on my lashes and when she has finished have not felt any irritation in the slightest. She always members our last conversation and we continue where we left off. Tilly us such a lovely person and I highly recommend booking with her.
