Took just over 4 hours to root touch and highlight, when I was meant to be getting full head colour and highlights. Nothing like the colour I was supposed to have had. When she was so confident when I showed her picture of the actual hair colour.)She was even trying to leave my high lights orange did not want to tone, told me it looked instead good. Was not relaxed, I was anxious, tired and exhausted by the end of the awful experience. Dirty towels sockets coming of wall, overall really dirty!
