I won't go anywhere else for my nails. Ruby shows such attention to detail and is a true perfectionist!
I accidentally bought a voucher off wowcher and thought I would just go for it as it was only £12. The voucher was for 'Christmas chrome nails' and a glass of prosecco.
When I first went in it was fine, sat down, saw the 'chrome' options but it was just glitter. I said a normal colour would do and so went for a nude. I was offered prosecco and said I didn't drink alcohol but wasn't offered water / tea / coffee.
The woman doing my nails was not friendly and she was impatient. She offered to paint one nail on each hand with glitter and I thought it would look nice but it was scattered. My friend came to meet me and even noticed that the atmosphere was weird.
The manicure was fine, staff were not that friendly but I ignored it because I paid so little. Definitely wouldn't go back though.
