Sadly this is the worst lash lift treatment I’ve ever had and I’ve been regularly getting it done for 3 years. Lashes are not lifted at all. Some lashes are sticking downward now instead! I still had a lot of glue in the lashes on my left eye when I left. The technician clearly knew it had gone very wrong as she made a big fuss of how it was a very natural subtly lift, but did deem uncomfortable. I don’t think she is properly trained in lash lift and needs further training. I should be refunded

As it mentioned menicure oil massage but there was no oil and no massage , hardly 2 mins massage with some kind of cream which made my hand itch, and because I paid with card she charged me 50 extra pence.. overall I am disappointed …felt like wasted my money .. also had to wait long .. it’s written 1 he but she just finished everything in few mins .. never felt like had a manicure ..it’s been 15 years I live in uk .. first time I heard of we pay my card we have to pay extra 50 pence ..
