This experience turned out to be one of the worst ever! Lady cut my long hair over 5 inches which took me forever to grow. I'm absolutely devastated! Very unprofessional and forceful behaviour. Clearly did not listen to customers & did as she please.

Ruby rose is a brilliant salon. It is such a lovely place and the people are so friendly and welcoming. I am made to feel fabulous and I love it. Mona is a fantastic nail tech and I always come away loving my nails every time and go back to her.
