Ruby rose is a brilliant salon. It is such a lovely place and the people are so friendly and welcoming. I am made to feel fabulous and I love it. Mona is a fantastic nail tech and I always come away loving my nails every time and go back to her.

Sadly this is the worst lash lift treatment I’ve ever had and I’ve been regularly getting it done for 3 years. Lashes are not lifted at all. Some lashes are sticking downward now instead! I still had a lot of glue in the lashes on my left eye when I left. The technician clearly knew it had gone very wrong as she made a big fuss of how it was a very natural subtly lift, but did deem uncomfortable. I don’t think she is properly trained in lash lift and needs further training. I should be refunded
