Third time however this time I had shellac and they chipped after two days I was not happy, then my thumb nail snapped in half I’m not sure I would go back now after this has happened, as I had to pay for a repair and to have my shellac redone....
Apart from a brief conversation in front of me regarding whether I had paid for my appointment or not, which was frustrating. Overall the treatment was great.
When it was done, staff member just walked off and didn't even say goodbye. But the treatment was spot on.
Messy application, like it was rushed. Cut my finger when removing shellac and then had me dip my nails into very hot water/ acetone mix to remove shellac. Disappointed since I had heard good things :(
I booked for a 50mion Shellac Pedi and 45min Classic Shellac Mani. I was looking forward to 1.5 hours of pampering, something I was treating myself too. Instead I was done with both after 30min in total. The treatments felt rushed, I didn't even get offered a drink (glass of water for example as I was/am also very visibly pregnant). While my nails turned out fine, I did not find the £60 I spent on both treatments justified. I certainly did not feel pampered or relaxed by the time I walked out of the salon.
