Very unprofessional manner.The manager had left for holidays so they didn't have the booking. turns out the salon is just a back room with dirty towels and floors. On the whole not a good experience.

Treatment was great, I always have a good experience here. Very speedy (when there’s not a queue). My only criticism this time was that the chairs where eye treatments are done are right next to the waiting area and whilst lying with my eyes closed and tint on my chair was repeatedly bashed my other customers and their children. Normally I wouldn’t be so fussed but at 8 and a half months pregnant I found it very uncomfortable.

Very efficient and thorough and relaxing....I had a pedicure and extensions booked both were done beautifully this is my second visit to Ruby’s and they are great.

Nails were done to a satisfactory level however overall experience was cold, rushed and not very relaxing.

I had a pedicure, which was completed quite well however the water in the foot spar was barely warm and they had to fill it up using a kettle. Only one coat of polish was applied and top coat which I thought was unusual in comparison to previous experiences elsewhere. The staff did not really speak to myself or my friend and we were left in the drying area whilst the staff sat on their phones. No one came to check our nails until we asked and they did not apply any foot/hand lotion. As we left no one spoke to us and whilst we knew we had paid online through Treatwell no one questioned us and so we just left. The experience left me uneasy and I am not sure I would return here.
