I had a pedicure, which was completed quite well however the water in the foot spar was barely warm and they had to fill it up using a kettle. Only one coat of polish was applied and top coat which I thought was unusual in comparison to previous experiences elsewhere. The staff did not really speak to myself or my friend and we were left in the drying area whilst the staff sat on their phones. No one came to check our nails until we asked and they did not apply any foot/hand lotion. As we left no one spoke to us and whilst we knew we had paid online through Treatwell no one questioned us and so we just left. The experience left me uneasy and I am not sure I would return here.

My pedicure was meant to last 50min, but it only lasted 40min...
The member of staff who did my pedicure was pleasant and i was happy with the treatment and shellac finish.
However, i would be put off going back because of a very unprofessional scene i witnessed while there. Another customer complained and staff didnt take it well, they very rudely discussed the situation in their own language and argued about it in front of the customer who couldn't understand what was going on but was obvious it was about her. Very unprofessional.

I had my nails painted with shellac. My nails turned out beautifully, lovely free-hand simple and elegant artwork on a couple of nails for a unique look. Very quickly sat and pampered. The location is extremely efficient. Very clean. Staff know exactly what they are doing and make it seem so simple. I was even treated to a small hand massage at the end. Lovely x

Booked a Hollywood Hot Wax but they did a strip wax instead. It was too late by the time I realised. Although I was welcomed straight away and my appointment was on time, I won’t be going back. I had to get ready in front of the beautician and she opened the door as I was getting changed so the busy salon could’ve seen. The strip wax (that i didn’t book) was done in under about 7 mins, felt rushed and had wax left on my skin which was difficult/painful to get rid of myself.

Quick and efficient a good job overall and lovely ladies at the salon with a great selection of polish to choose from I will be back!
